Returns and refunds
What can be returned, how, and when you are refunded.
Non-personalised items
You have 14 days after delivery or collection to return a non-personalised item (book, object), new and in its original packaging. Please notify us first at info@northphotography.mu; return shipping is at your expense.
Made-to-order items
Limited-edition fine art prints, prints made from your files and custom framing are made especially for you: they are neither taken back nor exchanged, except for a manufacturing defect or transit damage.
Defective or damaged items
Report it within 48 hours of receipt, with photos. After checking, we remake, replace or refund the item at our expense.
Cancellation
An order can be cancelled free of charge until production has started. Once production has begun, made-to-order items can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds are made within 14 days of accepting the return or cancellation, using the original payment method: a card payment is credited back to the same card through our provider MIPS. For a returned limited-edition work, its edition number and certificate are cancelled.
